Our Premium Package provides the highest level of service for couples who want to experience a stress-free wedding coordinating process.
From creative concept to flawless execution, our team of experienced professionals will ensure every detail of your wedding day is expertly managed. We provide you with set up and break down of décor chosen from our included inventory, so you can bring your vision to life without having to worry about a thing. This package also gives you access to use our deluxe décor inventory at a reduced rental rate, which includes specialty backdrops, vintage furniture, yard games & more.
We will work with you through the logistics of your day, including coordinating your rehearsal, touring your venue together, and even allowing you to visit our showroom to see, touch, and experience potential décor options for your centerpieces, ceremony & more!
With this package, we can accommodate an unlimited bridal party size and estimated guest count.
On your day, we will handle vendor communication and be your point person to ensure that your event runs smoothly and you stay on schedule. With our help, you can stick to your timeline and enjoy a beautiful and memorable wedding day.

BASIC & CLASSIC PACKAGE
Are you looking for the right person to coordinate your wedding day and help eliminate any stressors so you can be fully present?
Someone who will be in your corner and has your back in making sure your day is executed exactly the way you want it to be?
With our Basic & Classic Package options, you will work closely with one of our experienced coordinators to create your timeline, perfect your ceremony lineup, and finalize logistics for your day.
They will be your go-to person on wedding day, alleviating the potential for you to be buried with questions and feeling unnecessary pressure to make split second decisions. Their job is to put out any fires before you even catch a smell of smoke.
On your wedding day, your coordinator will jump in to be additional support wherever you may need it, such as helping set up or break down your décor, putting out your favors, or cutting your cake.
Our Basic Package offers 6 hours of day-of service to ensure your special day runs smoothly and stress-free, while our Classic Package offers up to 12 hours day-of to provide extra support with coordinating vendor arrivals, offering final detail touches, and helping with first looks.
Additional hours are available if needed at a discounted rate when booking either package. We can comfortably manage a maximum bridal party size of 16 people with these package options, but an additional assistant can be added on for larger bridal party sizes.
